I did not want the upgraded service any longer. There was an option on the site to extend the upgrade. I didn't click it. They charged my card anyway. What's the point of that option then? I couldn't figure out how to just have the basic service. In error I deleted the account. So now I'm being charged $** for absolutely nothing. I want my money refunded and want to go back to my basic account. The email account I had was *****@***.com.
GetHuman-waldmans did not yet indicate what Plentyoffish should do to make this right.
