Plentyoffish doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. I had a profile on POF for a while and then I couldn't get logged in. I tried to reset my password but POF never emailed me back so I couldn't do it. I didn't go back and try again for quite a while, then just a couple of days ago I tried again and never got an email from POF, so I had to create a new profile. I received a lot of emails from men and as I was replying to them, the site logged me off and now is doing the same thing. I try to log back in and get the error message that I am putting in the wrong username or password, but I can't reset it because I never receive an email from POF so I can complete the process. What I don't understand is that Google saves my log in info so I know it is correct. I also tried resetting my username after I set up the new profile and it never changed it when I went to log in. I don't know what is going on.
GetHuman-webdiva did not yet indicate what Plentyoffish should do to make this right.
