When I paid for * months subscription, I paid for * months so I could try the extra things you get with it. I am very unhappy with POF as I receive on some days * or * fake accounts messaging me !!!! I report them all the time and I am sick of it. When I signed up via the app on my phone I did not see any where that it was a rolling contact, I paid for * months and * months only, i had a email from yourselves a week ago saying my payment details are out of date so no more payments will be taken, I immediately went onto my PayPal account to see if there was a subscription signed up in my account and I did not find any set up at all, so when I got a message on POF saying you have billed me for another * months I was shocked !!!! I have phoned PayPal to get this payment stopped as I do not want another * months, if I wanted longer then I would have paid for longer when I paid for * months to save money, my grandad pasted away a couple of days ago so you can imagine this is the last thing I want to be sorting out right now, all I want is my money back in full and no extras on my account. Just want the normal basic account.
