Help with my Plentyoffish issue

I am a straight male but my account has been switched to seeking men. I have no access to my profile. My username, email and password isn’t recognized. I was told to wait ** hours via email when issue first occurred to log back in and have been unsuccessful. I had an upgraded account and I am furious I can not use it. My username was JayOkot and my email is *****@***.com. I have sent several emails to your customer service but have received no reply. I have tried to reset my password by using my email but nothing comes to my account I only see notifications on the POF app but can’t view full messages either
GetHuman-yakoboy did not yet indicate what Plentyoffish should do to make this right.
