Fraudulent vendor on your website. Mollyca.com. Ordered * pair of boots that I have to return. They do not honour or adhere to their return policy. Boots are not as advertised, sizes listed are not accurate & quality is terrible not as shown in pictures. Based in china & after looking further into this matter I became aware they have ripped off far too many people by not providing a refund & falsely advertising. Pinterest should be make aware & I would like to have you contact them on our behalf.My order number is : ******. I would like a refund of $**.** (USD)*Merchant: *****@***.com
they indicate we have ** days to return the product and not to ship to any address but to get the return shipping address from them prior to shipping yet they do not provide you with the return address and they ask you to keep the boots and they will give you a **% discount on your next order....ridiculous
I feel since this company advertises on Pinterest and where I saw their add for the boots I ordered that either Pinterest or the merchant provide me with a refund and also to prevent them from advertising their products on your website in order to avoid this from happening once again to someone else. I also went on a few websites to read reviews because Mollyca do not provide reviews and I now understand why that is...they seem to have a pattern of doing this to people and effectively succeeding in behaving in a fraudulent matter .
i expect the product to look like it is advertised and the sizes to be as advertised. Both were not the case. the quality is pathetic and the size indicated is not the proper size
emailing the company...no number is provided only email.
