- Click on Account Settings.
- Click on Apps from the list on the left side of the screen. A list of the apps that have permission to access your Facebook account will appear.
- Locate the Pinterest entry.
- Click on the Edit link beside it.
- Locate the "This app can" section.
- Click on the Remove button next to the "Add app activity to your timeline" entry.
You Pinterest account will then be unlinked from your Facebook account.
