Hello,
Today while scrolling through my Pinterest feed, I encountered a sponsored link for a sweater. After clicking on it, I was directed to their product page, where I discovered it to be a questionable company based on reviews. I closed the page but was startled when the company began sending me Facebook messages shortly after, which was alarming as my Pinterest account isn't linked to Facebook. They claimed I had agreed to receive messages, which I had not done. This experience has left me feeling uneasy about using your platform, especially since I try to avoid sponsored ads in my feed and certainly did not consent to receiving messages from them. I want to bring this issue to your attention and will also caution my friends and family. Clicking on a picture on Pinterest should not result in such unwanted contact or sharing of personal information. This intrusion on my privacy is unacceptable. - Rachel

Hello,
I'm having trouble logging into my Pinterest account, so I tried creating a new one. However, when entering my email, password, username, and age, I keep getting an error message saying “no CSRF token found” whenever I attempt to log in. This has become a frustrating loop that I've repeated at least 8 or 9 times, even though it shouldn't happen with a newly created account. I really want to use Pinterest again to create new boards and add to my existing ones. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your assistance,
Katherine E.

My account got suspended, and despite texting them multiple times, they only responded to say it wouldn't be reactivated due to alleged spamming. I'm 59 years old and disabled, finding solace in creating boards and pinning items related to cactus, dogs, succulents, food, country music singers, and movie stars. I am baffled by the spam accusation since I only selected pins that appealed to me without encountering any blocks. I've dedicated six months to curating my collections comprising 30,[redacted] cactus pictures and 10,[redacted] German Shepherd pictures. It's disheartening to lose this without justification. I'd appreciate assistance in resolving this to regain access to my boards and pins, as they play a vital role in distracting me from pain and preventing depression. Thank you, Karen D.

I created a new account for my remodeling vendors on Pinterest and wanted to keep it separate from my old account. Now, whenever I log in on my Mac, it automatically switches to the new account. I tried deactivating the new account, but somehow my old one got deactivated on my Mac. I can still access the old account on my iPhone. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to the old account for reactivation. I would like the reactivation email to be sent to [redacted] instead of [redacted] I wish I could speak to someone for help, but I can't find a contact number. My number is [redacted]. I have put a lot of work into my 50 boards on the old account and don't want to lose them or my contacts.

I recently received an email informing me that my account on Pinterest has been suspended due to alleged violation of spam policies. After reviewing the reasons provided, I am certain that my account has not breached any regulations. My usage of Pinterest has been centered around saving recipes, home organization tips, and travel inspiration for years. I do not engage in posting content, I solely save pins that are relevant to my interests. The term "gaming the system" is unclear to me as I have only utilized Pinterest for personal storage of ideas. I am concerned that my account may have been compromised. I kindly request a review of this suspension. I am willing to discuss any suspicious pins if necessary. Please contact me at [redacted].
Pinterest classifies spam as saving excessive unwanted or repetitive content, attempting to manipulate the platform, or sharing deceitful commercial messages. These actions are prohibited to enhance the overall user experience on Pinterest.

I am experiencing difficulties navigating the website due to limited computer skills. I believe my email address is [redacted], but I can't recall my password. My name is Brenda Kay England, and my new phone number is [redacted]. I had to switch phones because the old one was overheating, resulting in the loss of all my Pinterest data. I had a collection of pictures for drawing, crochet/knitting patterns, and recipes that are important to me as they occupy my time since being diagnosed with double vision. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from your company could contact me to assist with this issue. Thank you, Brenda Kay England. A phone call would be preferred over other forms of communication.

I created my Pinterest account using my previous email address [redacted] a few years ago and have poured a lot of effort into it. Since retiring from teaching at Maranacook, I had to relinquish that email address. Strangely, I can still access my account on my iPhone but not on my new MacBook Air. I can't recall my password, and I suspect the app remains open on my phone. I lost access to the email account when I returned my "teacher computer" to the school upon retiring in June. With the extensive boards on my account, losing it would be a shame. How can I regain access from my newly purchased computer? Thank you for your help!

I was saving photos of hairstyles to my folder "Looking for a New Do" when suddenly a pop-up appeared saying my account was suspended. I'm scheduled for a haircut in the morning, and now I can't access my account. Why was it suspended? I'm very upset right now!! I just returned from work, it's late, and I'm tired... and now this! I have nothing to show my stylist! So upset!! I only saved around 6-7 photos, how is this against Pinterest's spam policies? I'm frustrated!

Last night on Twitter, 8/18, I encountered an issue when trying to pin a picture to one of my pinboards. Instead of the usual list of boards popping up, nothing happened. I attempted the process again with no success. The page's normal behavior of changing abruptly halted. I then opened a new browser and accessed Pinterest, but after 10 seconds, an error message appeared stating, "Sorry! Something went wrong on our end!" Clicking "OKAY" only led to the same error reappearing. This had occurred months ago and resolved itself the next day. Today, I tried once more, with the same unfortunate outcome. I am unable to pin images from my usual sources or access Pinterest. I heavily rely on Pinterest for pinning and receive a significant amount of images from Twitter. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to share my experience regarding a company that was advertised on Pinterest. While browsing Pinterest, I came across an appealing ad for female clothing on Roawe.com. Intrigued, I visited the site and made a $[redacted] purchase. Unfortunately, the clothing took a month to arrive and emitted a strong chemical odor. The quality was poor and the items were different from what was pictured, causing discomfort. I tried to return the items, but the customer service was unhelpful. They used poor English, dodged providing a return address, and finally stopped responding to my emails. After researching, I found numerous negative reviews labeling the website as a scam. I believe Pinterest should reconsider promoting Roawe.com to protect its users from such experiences. Thank you.

I have multiple Pinterest accounts linked to different email addresses. However, the account I want to access is under the username c_a_l_e_b. After updating the app on my phone, I tried to log in with the email address [redacted], which I had changed the account to. Surprisingly, I was redirected to a different account under the username Caleb Smith. I also attempted to log in using another email, [redacted], and ended up in yet another account under the username Life of Caleb. Despite my efforts to reset passwords and link them to the correct emails, I can only access the other accounts. Is there a way to delete all accounts associated with the emails "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" permanently, except for the account with the username c_a_l_e_b and my profile picture on top of an old windmill?

I am disappointed that my account has been suspended without warning, as I have never uploaded any content myself. The images on my account were reposts from others. I have encountered disturbing images on your platform before, but I overlooked them. Now, for a few modest nude photos, my account was swiftly deleted without clear information on the problematic image. It's frustrating to see many other Pinterest accounts with explicit content still active. Pinterest used to be a quick and enjoyable pastime, but now it seems like a guessing game with unclear moderation policies. I will be spreading the word to my contacts about the issues I faced, unlike before when I happily recommended Pinterest to them. Have a good day.

I am interested in ordering items, but I am unable to proceed as there are no item numbers provided. The checkout process seems suspicious with no company details or customer service contact. The products seem attractive, but the lack of transparency in payment and communication raises concerns about their legitimacy. The shipping costs are also unreasonably high, making me question their intentions. A legitimate business should have a valid phone number and email for customer inquiries. It is important for businesses to operate ethically and transparently to gain customers' trust. I urge them to improve their practices or face consequences. It is worrying that such companies can deceive unknowing customers, and the government should intervene to prevent potential risks.

I have submitted two direct messages with suggestions for the company "Pinterest." To improve their business operations and customer satisfaction, they should consider establishing a toll-free number, a professional email address, and having real-person customer service representatives rather than automated voice systems. This will enhance the customer experience and help the company succeed in the business world. Thank you.

I am part of the testing group and wanted to share an issue I encountered. When attempting to shake to report a problem, the report won't send. The primary issue I face is the app crashing. While browsing through pins on the iPhone app, if I accidentally scroll up when already at the top, I encounter a white screen for a minute, followed by a frozen home page. Subsequently, I need to restart the app, resulting in losing my browsing progress.

I am experiencing an issue when browsing Pinterest on my tablet. Occasionally, a message saying "Don't want to see this Post? We'll try not to show this again" pops up unexpectedly while I'm scrolling. The message disappears before I can see what post it was referring to or what part I accidentally interacted with.
I wish there was an option to view the post before deciding to delete it, as it is frustrating to have it vanish without a chance to reverse the action. I have been dealing with this problem for some time and would appreciate any assistance in resolving it. If this is not your area of expertise, please forward my concern to someone who can help. Thank you.

After a recent phone update, I was logged out of my Pinterest account. Unfortunately, the email address associated with the account is inactive, so I can't receive any reactivation or password change emails. My username is Krysti Battistelli, and my current active email is [redacted] I have around 20 boards on my account which I would like to access. There seems to be an old deleted account that has been reactivated and deactivated during this process, but I don't want to use it. I'd appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my main Pinterest account and removing the confusion with the old account.

I have been informed that Pinterest may remove boards related to self-harm issues, including eating disorders. However, being against vaccines is not equivalent to self-harm; it is about being well-informed. I suggest Pinterest review the CDC website and research the ingredients and potential side effects of vaccines. There are severe conditions like SIDS and brain encephalitis that can result from vaccines. It would be beneficial for Pinterest to consider the number of deaths from diseases like measles compared to deaths potentially caused by the measles vaccine. Vaccines may not be safe for everyone, with adverse events occurring more frequently than reported. Instead of removing boards on the basis of self-harm, Pinterest should allow users to access information freely. Taking this into account will prevent backlash and benefit a wider audience.

Dear Pinterest,
I need assistance with deleting my old Pinterest account from when I was in sixth grade. The account is under the username juliannaz4 and was created with the email [redacted], which I can no longer access. I have attempted to log in using the password candy1, but it seems there has been suspicious activity and the password was reset. Unfortunately, the password reset is being sent to the inactive email address, making it impossible for me to regain access and delete the account. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in removing this account, as I no longer wish for those embarrassing selfies to be associated with my name online. Thank you for your help.

This is the fifth time I've written. I received an email regarding a board named "Argh Zombie" on Pinterest. The email stated that the board was removed due to pins violating the policy on graphic violence and gore. Despite not uploading the content myself, I continue to receive emails related to zombie themes. I find it puzzling that my board was singled out when there are others with similar content still on the platform. The email did not offer a clear explanation or solution. I believe that if zombie-related content is considered inappropriate, then all references to zombies should be prohibited. Additionally, I question why zombies are deemed offensive compared to other violent themes present on Pinterest. I respectfully request the reinstatement of my board without receiving generic emails that do not address my concerns adequately.
