On the **th June **** I ordered a dress from a shop called Betsy iris boutique. The dress didn’t come so * weeks later I contacted the seller who said she couldn’t find the proof of postage so would remake and send the dress again. I gave the seller * weeks to get this out to me as it was a handmade item. Still nothing. I asked for an update in August but didn’t get a response until *th October when the seller said she would refund me on the *th October. But she didn’t. As it’s over * months the order no longer shows in my list of transactions so I can’t place a dispute and I’ve tried calling PayPal but you can’t talk to an actual person. I don’t know what to do now to get my money back. The total refund should be £**.**
