As it’s electric I had electrician fitting them one was working other one they said faulty therefore I emailed them and informed them. *They wanted photographs which I have sent it. *Because I couldn’t keep the electricians awaiting i purchased another one . I have requested several times to send return postage label but they are being very difficult and not issuing one. *I would like my refund as the product is faulty. *Please look into this and let me know. *Thank you.
