Tried to open another email account under ilenavaccarelli.org@gmail..com. I started entering incorrect info accidentally, decided to u link a card and close only this account. I was stopped, I don’t want the second account under that email, it won’t let me close, it froze everything, it won’t let me get that card used now on my main account under a different email, and it’s a visa gift card with a balance I’m trying to use. It will not let me close only the new account without help from paypal snd I can’t get a human at PayPal
