I am trying to accept money via PayPal ... I changed my email on the paypal account and now those who send me money are charged but I am not receiving that payment.**The receipt my customers receive has the old email address on it - even though PayPal has the new one.
I was on hold with "Customer Service" for * hours before I had to give up.*** hours
I want my money - and I want my customers to know they've paid me, and not someone else.

I called the number GetHuman offered and actually got a human! There was a real glitch with my account that could only be solved by speaking with someone.
