Hi, I’ve already called in last week to cancel my service on **th January ****, as my contract has ended & I am moving out of Australia for good. However, I understand that there’s a daily rate charged for the $** plan I’m on, so I was told by customer support that I would not have to pay the full $** for the month of January, just the amount per day leading up to **th Jan. I recently received a bill from Optus, saying that I would be paying for the month of Jan on the **th of Jan, a total of $**. May I know how do I go about solving this issue? As I will be cancelling my bank account before the **th Jan, as I’m already going off on the **th, which is why I stated I am terminating the line on **th Jan. Do let me know how we can about this.
