Yes, you can set up automatic bill payments with Optus. Optus offers an automatic payment service called Direct Debit, which allows you to have your bills paid automatically from your nominated bank account or credit card. To set up automatic bill payments, you can log in to your My Account on the Optus website or use the My Optus app. Once logged in, go to the Billing section and click on the Direct Debit option. Follow the prompts to provide your bank account or credit card details and set up your preferred payment method. With automatic bill payments, you won't have to worry about paying your bills on time each month, as Optus will deduct the amount due from your chosen payment method automatically.
