have been connected to NBN and had a call from OPTUS enquiring why I had not connected the new modem.**I have tried four times, turned off all power etc and tried again. Desk top says connection could not happen because of *** error. Ipads say they are connected to NBN but when you try to use them there is no internet connection. So I am still working off my old modem. **The lady that rang me this morning said I could get help from OPTUS but there is twenty minute wait on the ********Les Phelps*** Oak rd *Kirrawee
