During August I was out of the country. I manage an aged care service for a not for profit group and had to put phone on at some times. I received a message about doing something about the cost of the account, made contact but havent' heard. Have received account which is very large. Is there any chance of a reduction at all. Acc **** **** ***. Thank you Elizabeth Warren.
