The issue in GetHuman-domv's own words
I have had problems with my optimum cable and phones for the last month. After arguing with customer service they sent a tech in last Thursday The tech said there was an issue at the pole and showed up * hours late. Had to leave work early to meet him. Today service is not working. He said hardware on the pole was not working correctly and we had very low signal. Received a bill for almost $*** from optimum. Am i expected to pay this? ** hours still no one showed up to fix the issue at the pole. Since cable was sold this new french company is a total disgrace. Maybe time to switch to DISH and give up on these guys as they don't seem to care about the customers anymore. I just want to be able to watch the playoff baseball games and cant seem to do that.
