I received an order today TWGN*HTand it is COMPLETELY wrong , I needed * spring jackets not * pairs of *T girls jeans . I am working from home and have no way to print a return receipt . I need these jackets for this season , the packing slip says hooded scout jacket girls and ladies utility jacket , that's not what was in the package. I have been on hold with customer service for over ** minutes , mostly in silence ???
