We’ve Submitted a Refund for Order GO**********I am very frustrated and disappointed on the horrible customer service Nike is offering from the offshore folks in Philippines.**I have returned the defective running shoes which I paid $***.** back on June **th **** and have yet to receive my refund that was approved from Nike.**My son is without a pair of his Soccer Nike shoes as we are still being given the run around from the Philippines offshore support team that the FINANCE TEAM will contact you for * weeks now!**I would like a refund this week or have my son's shoes sent back to us as this is unacceptable!**You can contact me at ***.***.**** if you need me to give you my mastercard number for the refund.
