I have been a loyal Nike Pegasus runner for years, having used several versions including the 32, 36, 36 Trail, 38, and 39. While my experience with them has been mostly positive except for the issue with the air bubble collapsing in the 39s, I recently purchased the 40s. Unfortunately, after just one week of training with the Peg 40s for the Comrades marathon, I experienced severe pain in the tendons on the outside of my right ankle due to the ankle cushioning. This pain made it impossible for me to continue wearing the shoes, let alone train for the marathon. Despite running barefoot with no pain, the moment I switch back to the Peg 40s, the discomfort returns. Seeking a refund or replacement from Nike due to this issue, I reached out to a chat agent, Marie, but she directed me to return the shoes to the store where I bought them. As there are no visible defects, this approach seems futile. I hope Nike can assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Jaco

I am looking to speak with a representative. I am in search of a shoe similar to the Precision 3 that I used before and absolutely loved. I haven't been able to find a shoe that compares to the comfort and fit of the Precision 3. As an elderly person with unique feet, it's the only shoe I can comfortably wear, and unfortunately, it's no longer available. I rely on these shoes for work. My granddaughter got the Precision 3 men's basketball shoes and had to give them to me because they were too small for her. They were the best shoes I've ever had!

I requested an additional return label from Nike as I had a large order and was initially given one label. Nike canceled the first label and sent me two new ones. Before I could ship the items, I received an email stating that some items had been received and the refund process had begun. I then shipped the returns. Subsequently, I received emails showing the tracking of the order, confirmation of received items, and pending refunds. After not receiving the refund, I logged into my Nike account and discovered one item hadn't had the return started. After contacting Nike's helpline, they assured me of a $[redacted] refund within 3 to 5 days on my payment card. When this did not happen, I contacted Nike multiple times, and they acknowledged the error of refunding to the wrong card. Despite efforts to correct this, the issue remains unresolved despite sharing my concerns with numerous Nike agents.

Since around November [redacted], I have been dealing with this ongoing issue, even as of my writing in May [redacted]. Originally, I ordered a pair of trainers, shorts, and socks. However, I only received the shorts, which I ended up returning for a refund. Despite the Nike app indicating that the trainers and socks were still in the 'preparing for shipment' phase, eventually, the trainers showed as 'dispatched'. Unfortunately, I never received them. The tracking number provided seemed to correspond to the shorts I had already received. As for the socks, they are still stuck in the 'preparing for shipment' status. Repeated attempts to cancel the order for the trainers and socks, seeking a refund, have been unsuccessful. Although I've been assured multiple times that it would be resolved and escalated to another customer service team, no one has reached out to me. I am yet to receive my refund or confirmation that my order has been canceled.

I have been experiencing this issue since approximately November [redacted] and as of May [redacted], it has not been resolved. My initial order included a pair of trainers, shorts, and socks. Only the shorts were delivered to me, for which I received a refund after returning them. Despite the Nike app / website indicating that the trainers and socks were still being prepared for shipment, the trainers were later marked as dispatched. However, I never received them. The tracking number provided seemed to correspond to the shorts I had already received. The socks remain in the 'preparing for shipment' status. I have attempted to cancel the orders for the trainers and socks multiple times, requesting refunds. I was assured on several occasions that this would be processed, and my case was being forwarded to another customer service team who would contact me. Regrettably, I have not heard from them, and neither have I received my refund nor confirmation of the order cancellations. I am eager to cancel the orders for the socks and trainers and receive refunds for both.

Hi Nike team, I wanted to inform you about a concerning issue regarding a fraudulent online shop claiming to sell Jordan products. This fake website, www.jordanofficial.eu.com, is deceiving customers by taking orders but not delivering any goods. It's crucial for Nike to take action against these criminals to protect the brand and prevent further fraud. I unfortunately fell victim to this scam and ordered a pair of Jordan4 shoes for €[redacted]. Your intervention in blocking or shutting down this site is greatly needed. I have had a frustrating experience with my order being charged twice and then canceled, with unclear reasons provided. Despite attempts to resolve the issue with the Products and Orders team, the problem persists. Initially, a representative reinstated my order and confirmed payment, assuring me of its arrival. However, the order was canceled again, with blame placed on my payment method. This is disputed as my payment has already been processed. I am dissatisfied with the lack of effective customer support and considering legal action if not resolved promptly. The original purchase was made at a discounted price of $54, but subsequent cancellations have led to the price reverting to $85+, which feels unfair. The company should honor the initial promotional price, as the order was placed before the sale ended.

I have owned hundreds of pairs of Nike shoes in my lifetime. Last year, I had to undergo surgery on my left foot due to an accident. After recovering, I needed to buy a comfortable pair of shoes to support my feet. Unfortunately, within a year, the sole of the shoes ripped off. Despite the high price I paid for them, the quality did not meet my expectations. I am disappointed to say that I will not be buying Nike shoes again. The Nike Air Max Plus disappointed me with its lack of durability. Just a heads up to watch out for future emails.

Hello, I bought a pair of shoes from one of the largest malls in Riyadh based on the seller's recommendation that they were excellent. Although I usually prefer Adidas for their quality, as I had a bad experience with Nike when I was younger where the shoes did not hold up to a lot of walking. My daughter is in university and will be using this pair often, as she is studying medicine, so she needs durable shoes. However, after her trip to Egypt, she noticed the leather started peeling off after just a month of use. She was planning to return it during her summer break, but ended up using it because she found it comfortable to wear, which is a feature we appreciate. Yet, seeing it deteriorate so quickly when it cost [redacted] SAR makes me question the quality. Is there a difference between buying from a reputable brand and an unknown one on the street? Is our luck just bad with your products, or is this normal? I contacted a store, and the saleswoman said they are not responsible for exchanges or returns once the product has left the store and been used. I would appreciate a response and clarification.
