After being informed that there were no size 14s available, I was advised to return the item at the Nike Community Store on MLK Boulevard in Portland, Oregon. On September 26, [redacted], at 4:30 PM, I arrived at the store only to find out it had been closed for a week. Following more instructions from customer service, I attempted to return the item at the downtown Portland Nike store, but it was closed when I arrived during their operating hours. After encountering further complications at the UPS store, where I was required to pay for packaging and print a label, I felt frustrated with the entire process. As a 72-year-old who recently underwent knee surgery, the stress and inconvenience caused by this experience were overwhelming. Despite finding the correct size at another retailer, I am now saddled with additional charges until my return is processed, which could take up to 10 days. I recently purchased shoes from SPEED STORE at THE FORUM- CLIFTON KARACHI, but unfortunately, the fabric covering the shoes wore off within the warranty period. I recently noticed that my Nike ZoomX Invincible shoes are starting to come apart at the soles near the toes on both feet.
Being an enthusiast of Nike for the past 25 years and owning approximately 50 pairs, I have always been satisfied with the quality they offer. However, this particular pair is not meeting the expected durability standards.

I am experiencing discomfort with my Nike Air Max sneakers, which I purchased around six months ago from the Local Hibbet store in Seneca, South Carolina. Despite being in 'like new' condition due to minimal wear, I find that they do not fit me well and are causing me pain. Typically, I wear a size US 9.5, but was advised by the store assistant to try a size 9 as they were out of 9.5. Regrettably, the shoes have not become more comfortable with time, and I am unable to wear them. As a student, I would greatly appreciate it if I could exchange these shoes for a new pair in size 9.5.

I am reaching out regarding a purchase I made on 12/26/22 around 6:20 pm at the Factory Store in Fenouillet ([redacted]). I bought a pair of white and salmon Air Max women's shoes in size 38.5, paid in cash. When I tried them on later, I noticed several small "details." I found many of the shoe's finishing touches to be quite rough (glue stains on the side, loose interior stitching, imperfect front shoe finishing, etc.). The shoes have not been worn yet, and I am concerned about their authenticity. I was only in Toulouse on vacation, so returning them to the store is not possible. I currently live in Guadeloupe and unfortunately did not keep the receipt. The payment was made on Monday, 12/26, around 6:20 pm, totaling €72.99 from what I recall. I would like to know if there is any recourse for this situation. I am truly disappointed not by the purchase but by the quality of the shoe's finishing. I chose Nike precisely because their sneakers are usually flawless. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and did not inspect the shoes at the time of purchase as I am used to always getting defect-free shoes.

Hello, I purchased two pairs of running shoes in March [redacted] from the Trabzon Nike Representative. Unfortunately, after wearing them just a few times, both shoes tore. Despite being new, they have this issue. I still have the boxes and barcodes but have misplaced my receipt.
As Nike offers a one-year guarantee, I am hopeful you can assist me with this matter. Residing in Iran, Turkey is the closest accessible country. I am considering traveling to Istanbul. Would the Istanbul Representative be able to exchange my shoes without a receipt if I can visit in person?

I had an unpleasant experience at the Nike Champs Élysée store regarding a security guard who continuously suspected and followed me around, making me feel uncomfortable while I was just a regular customer shopping for sneakers. As soon as I arrived, the agent was fixated on me, watching my every move and even intercepted me at the cashier, which I found to be harassment. When I politely addressed the issue, the guard was dismissive and even made inappropriate remarks and threats. The on-site Nike manager did not intervene to stop my expulsion from the store, instead siding with the security team.
I believe that security should focus on the safety of customers and their belongings, not on unjustly targeting individuals. The behavior displayed was unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacked courtesy. I urge for a review of their conduct as it tarnishes the reputation of Nike and mistreats loyal customers like myself. I hope for a resolution to this matter to prevent it from happening again in the future.

I purchased 11 €25 gift cards at Rewe to buy football shoes priced at €[redacted]. I was not aware that I could only redeem 10 gift cards. I am upset because I only want to buy these shoes with my 11 gift cards. Nike is forcing me to buy something else because I cannot use the remaining 2 gift cards. This is unacceptable! As a devoted Nike customer in Australia for over 50 years, I am deeply disappointed by the poor customer service from Nike.com representatives based in the Philippines. I have been attempting to purchase two pairs of Nike Go Flyease shoes (US sizes 9.5 and 10 in black, white, and gray) exclusively available on Nike.com for several months without success. Repeated calls to inquire about product availability and estimated time of arrival have been met with unhelpful responses, leading to my dissatisfaction. The inability to provide a clear ETA after numerous inquiries and the suggestion to check the website instead of offering assistance has been unacceptable.
