I purchased two pairs of sweatpants and low black air force ones size men's 11 back in November. The order status showed that it was shipped and has been sitting in Harrisburg since November 27th. After reaching out to Lasership recently, they initially couldn't locate the package. Later, I received an email claiming it was delivered, which it wasn't. I am very disappointed as I haven't received my order, and I am now seeking either the delivery of my items or a refund.

I am a Nike athlete who has encountered issues with someone taking footage of me during soccer matches without my consent. I am also a skateboarder and snowboarder, but I need my soccer boots to be ready to defend against professional players. It seems like these individuals are using old and worn-out boots to play while preventing me from using my left soccer boot, which is missing from the market. I bought a pair of Nike shoes from a retailer but unfortunately, it's too late to return them. We only noticed the size discrepancy after my daughter tried to wear them and found one noticeably smaller. Both are size 5Y, but one is clearly defective. I filed a claim with Nike, but they said I need to cover the return shipping costs, including tracking. I'm frustrated by this and was denied the chance to speak with a supervisor. I'm disappointed as I had to pay for shipping on faulty shoes and now have to cover return shipping for defective merchandise. I've always been a loyal Nike customer and even gift their products. In November [redacted], I purchased two Nike running shorts with the intention of using them for my upcoming 16th NYC Marathon. Specifically, I bought the 5" Flex Stride '2 in 1' shorts and the 5" Flex Stride Running shorts. I have been an avid runner for over 30 years and have consistently chosen Nike apparel for my runs due to its quality, fit, style, and comfort. However, I regret to inform you that my recent purchases have left me disappointed. The waistband on these shorts tends to roll and fold during workouts, causing discomfort. Additionally, the placement of the string tie on the outside of the shorts is unappealing and distracting. While I have always valued Nike products despite the higher cost, these issues have made me consider exploring alternatives like New Balance. I recently visited the Nike outlet in Leeds. Overall, the staff was lovely, but I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Amber at the checkout. When asking about socks, she was unhelpful and rude. During payment, the contactless feature didn't work, and Amber's impatient and aggressive behavior made the situation worse. Despite explaining that I had already entered my pin, she insisted on me entering it again. This treatment was uncalled for and disrespectful. As a former retail worker myself, I am shocked by her attitude. I hope this issue can be addressed, or I may need to take further action by contacting corporate. Thank you.

I placed an order for the Nike Dunk Low Retro, size 47, on March 21, [redacted]. While my credit card was charged for the purchase, the shoe was supposedly shipped on March 22, with an estimated delivery date of March 25. Despite an email from the carrier, dpd, confirming delivery on March 23, I never received the shoes.
After discussions with Nike support on March 26, I explicitly expressed my preference to receive the shoes instead of a refund. Unfortunately, I received an order cancellation and refund email later that day, causing frustration.

I have experienced a missing ID label and original box label issue due to counterfeit products being distributed through the Vintage App online shop. Sellers are not required to provide proof of purchase or the original labels of the shoes or boxes, leaving customers vulnerable to fraud. I bought the shoes in Serbia from Buzz Sneaker Station, an official retailer of Nike products in the country. I got these sneakers about a year ago, and after six months of using them, the air-filled sole of the left shoe burst. Approximately 2 years ago, I purchased a pair of Nike KD 12 EYBL “Peach Jam” sneakers, which have become my favorite basketball shoes. Despite using them primarily indoors for basketball games, I have noticed signs of wear and tear such as fading, tearing in different areas of the shoe, and the Zoom pocket in the left shoe deflating. This issue has forced me to stop wearing them due to the lack of cushioning. It's disappointing as I have had other Nike basketball shoes that lasted longer without similar problems. As a long-time Nike customer, I am hopeful that there might be a possibility to have the shoes replaced, exchanged, or repaired since buying a new pair would be costly. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that I would have to follow a lengthy process instead of a simple switch from silver to blue. This process involves the item being shipped from Singapore to the UAE, delivered to my address, printed forms, arranging a return pickup, and finally receiving a refund. I am reaching out regarding a pair of Nike slides I bought for summer yard work in Ohio. These slides are advertised as durable and easy to clean by hosing them down and air-drying them. I am writing to express my frustration with the service provided by Nike, which was highly disappointing and not at all what I would expect from such a reputable company. I purchased running shoes at the West Palm Beach store at Palm Beach Fashion Outlets on June 6th.
Despite being assured by an in-store employee that the shoes would arrive by June 10th, they were only delivered on June 14th, causing inconvenience as I had a flight scheduled out of the US on June 11th. I'm on my third pair of Vapor Max shoes (some of my favorite Nike shoes), but now two of the three pairs I bought have had the rubber sole pop and deflate. These are not cheap shoes, so for them to break like this is unacceptable. They are in good condition, not worn out, yet they are out of commission due to the sole issue. I discarded the first pair that popped, and after this second pair deflated, I'm extremely frustrated with this product. Could Nike please send me a replacement pair for this defect? I would greatly appreciate it. I've spent almost $[redacted] on these shoes in the past year, and two out of the three pairs are unusable. My Adidas shoes, which I've had for over three years, have never experienced this issue. Nike, please assist me and support one of your long-time athletes/fans/customers! Please!
