Due to computer hard drive crashed before I turned it on I asked for a return , not allowed. No return policy or return for faulty equipment This is not good business the BBB will be contacted with a very discouraged word .

Returning it for full money amount. The computer would not work out of the box. ... Hard drive to new computer is trash. Will not work at all.
You don't realize the trouble it is to get a new computer and go through all the steps to recover the hard drive and pay for tech support to find out you sent out faulty equipment to an individual for new products without checking it even worked. If I did that in my business I would not be in business.

Everything, no return no money back. so I will send the product to Texas for repairs and you will be hearing from the Better Business Bureau.
