Netflix is a streaming service and does not sell or lend physical devices like Firesticks. If your Firestick is broken and you purchased a new one, it would be Amazon or the retailer from which you purchased the device that may have policies around returns or exchanges, not Netflix. It is advisable to contact the relevant retailer about your situation. It's important to note that Netflix operates independently of these devices; thus, we do not handle issues with device hardware or returns.

Changing the email address associated with your Netflix account is simple. Start by signing in to Netflix and selecting 'Account' from the drop-down menu. Under the 'Membership & Billing' section, you'll see the current email address. Click on the ‘Change email’ link next to it. Enter your new email and your Netflix password, then click 'Save'. If there's a different Netflix account associated with your new email, you'll have to choose a different one. Remember to check your new email for a confirmation from Netflix to verify the change, as it won't be official until you do. Protect your account by not sharing your new email address and changing your password regularly.

They have a dedicated team who can assist you to secure your account and prevent unauthorized access. Due to privacy and security reasons, we're not able to directly cancel any Netflix accounts.

Netflix accounts are intended for use by people living in the same household. Sharing an account outside your household is against Netflix's terms of service. Profiles are available to ensure that each member of your household has a personalized Netflix experience, and up to five profiles can be created for each account. It's important to note that the number of devices that can stream at the same time will depend on the plan currently being subscribed to.

You actually don't need to "transfer" Netflix to your Fire Stick. Instead, you download the Netflix app directly onto the Fire Stick. Here's how: 1. From the Fire Stick home screen, navigate to the search tool. 2. Type in "Netflix" and select it from the list that appears. 3. Select the Netflix app to download. 4. After downloading the app, select "Open". 5. Sign in with your Netflix account details. Now you can browse and stream Netflix directly through your Fire Stick. Enjoy your viewing!
