Hello my name is stacy lynn laird and i have contacted you guys * times now about my wifi and also hotspot on my phone but unfortunately everytime you guys say it fixed, its not. I talked to you guys like * days ago about my hotspot on my phone not working and some of my serious issues i had with one of your metro stores lying to me about plans that i was supposed to have with you guys but didnt so was supposed to get a call back from management but still havent. Anyways i am just contacting you guys right now about my hotspot not working still. I have called and did all the steps that one of your representatives told me too do while on the phone with them. No luck though, it still doesn't work. So what should i do ? If you could help me figure this out finally it would be greatly appreciated. Everytime i try to turn my hotspot on to let say my mom use it it says its not apart of my plan but it is apary of my plan. I have the ** dollar plan and should be able to have ** of internet for my hotspot. So what should i do now ? My phone number is *** *** **** name on there is lynn laird and password to my security question is lex i bought the phone not even a month ago. And already having so many issues but if you could help me get this fixed finally I would be greatly appreciatedn thank you hope to hear back soon as possible.
