Good Morning - Yesterday afternoon at approximately *:** p.m. I called for Lyft in Brooklyn, NY at Atlantic Terminal. I Was at the Stop and shop. I asked them the address and they said *** Atlantic Ave. I put that address in and realized that it was the wrong address and actually the driver should come around the corner to Ft. Green Place off of Atlantic which was one block down. I immediately called the driver and got him - the connection was not good and his English was not strong - so there was a problem communicating. I tried to explain where I was. He started yelling "wait, wait - I am at Washington Ave." Meanwhile I am trying to find out where he is going to come and let him know where I am. It was pouring rain - communication was not happening -- he was on the line but not responding. We got disconnected -- I decided to walk to *** Atlantic and I am calling him back, getting no answer, walking in the rain asking cars if they are with Lyft and being totally inconvenienced. I called Lyft so all of this would be avoided. I finally went back to the supermarket destination thinking he might have understood me and be there. He was not there either. And I realize I have gotten this bogus message in the meanwhile saying he waited for * minutes and was gone. This is not t the case and all of this cost me ** minutes back and forth in the rain and the $** I see you are charging for no show. I am a new customer - this is my *rd time using Lyft. The first time was fine and the driver was pleasant. The second time the driver was not as pleasant and was late. This last time the driver was extremely rude yelling and never arrived. Please credit my $** immediately. There is no reason or excuse for this kind of service and I should not have to pay for it. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Denise Gray
