My son took a lift ride on Wednesday. He used his own account and his own debit card. He left an item in the car. We read there was a $** fee to have it returned. The driver said he wasn't aware of the fee and brought the item back. My son still gave him $** in CASH because the driver seemed like he really didn't know about the fee. On yesterday, MY CARD was charged $** for the driver return fee! My card is an alternate on my son's account, but the ride he took on Wednesday was all from HIS card. I am wondering why MY card was charged and not his? Also, this means the driver did not report he got paid in cash and YOU all (Lyft) are basically paying him TWICE. I am disputing this charge and want MY money REFUNDED.

I used the contact form and I emailed Lyft about the issue. The response was fast and I will be getting my refund. I am awaiting that at this time.
