This is the first time I am using Lyft. I am trying to schedule a pick up for tomorrow morning going to the airport. The app will not allow me to schedule at a future date and time. I went through the help screen for scheduling and did not see a calendar or clock. My promotional credits were being charged for cancel. I had to call two drivers back to make sure that I was canceled even after pressing the cancel box. I hope you will be able to assist me with getting this resolved, so I will be able to utilize Lyft at a future date. My neighbor has agreed to take me to the airport tomorrow morning. I guess they saw my frustration with my first transaction.*I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
