I am trying to arrange for a wheelchair for a passenger. They only allow you to put in a request online at least ** hours in advance. However, my request is about ** hours advance only since passenger had an injury today, and we need a wheelchair for their travel tomorrow. The online form won't accept this request and when I call the customer care number, no matter which option I choose, there's no response. This is urgent and Lufthansa doesn't seem to care. **Guess I won't just fly lufthansa again!
