I cancelled a ticket for the **th of December, yet did not receive an e-mail confirming this, even though there was a clear message that my ticket had been cancelled and I had applied for a refund. I put a second application in for a refund and have not received an e-mail confirming that my booking cancellation was successful. I have spent quite a bit of money on two separate travels already, so it would be nice to receive a refund for tickets I haven't used.
GetHuman-chikaan did not yet indicate what Lufthansa should do to make this right.
