I was trying to contact ... My name is Dain Taylor. I ordered a desk pad. The package came in today on the porch* however, there was not the time. It was just a blank box with nothing in it. It was for $**.**.**The UPS tracking number is **X***************. I have called a couple of times to get in contact with customer service, but I just get a busy signal.
The item was not in the package. It looked like somebody took it out.
I would like for it to be reshipped to my address with the item.
