Hello my name is John L'Heureux and also my wife Patricia L' Heureux is added as a user on my account. Anyways my question is I ordered a babies crib about ** months ago for my grandaughter who at the time I thought would be staying with us periodically because she was going to be moving to Florida with her mother. I set the crib up thinking I was going to be using it and as it turned out my daughter has not returned to Massachusettes and the crib has been set up in a room for grandaughter without her ever using it. Is there anyway I can return it and have the amount that we paid for it placed back on our Kohls charge? I mean it was a total waste of money. I wish I had known at the time that she would never use it. I am willing to purchase a box to place it in and then return it to the West Springfield store. I just need the order number. I tried to look for it through purchases but couldn't find it. Please reply as soon as possible.
