Placed an order on ***** for $*** and some change and never received an email confirming my order, only the money deducted from my bank account. I could not sign onto my account at all, it kept telling me I was entering something wrong and then if I tried to reset my password, it wouldn't do anything to let me do that. I called and was on hold over ** mins only to be immediately disconnected. I eventually got part of my order, toddler pajamas and underwear but the toy box and bicycle have yet to come. I have been provided no order number at all and the several times I have tried to chat, initially someone responds to me and then when I get as far as typing my name back, they are already gone and I get a message saying noone is available to try again later. I have been trying to get in touch with someone at Kohl's for days now with no luck. I never got an order number to either make arrangements to have someone keep an eye for the packages or to be home myself. The one's I have received have been placed in my mailbox but a bicycle and toy box will not fit in there. At this point I don't know if they have been delivered, if they are on their way or if there is an issue with them but I cannot take the chance and am forced to purchase elsewhere. I don't know what I can give you to look my info. I also suppose the $** Kohl's cash it said I earned at the time of the order is non-existent too, but I am not even worried about that as I will surely never purchase from Kohl's again. I just want the money back on my debit card for the bicycle and toy box. They are*were needed prior to Christmas day and since I have nothing to go on, I can only assume there is an issue with delivery or something and no longer need them because I repurchased from another merchant. Please advise what kind of information I can supply to get that merchandise cancelled (if it hasn't been already) and to get my debit credited back.
