order ***********. I placed an order lunch time Monday, the * main items are Fitbit charge *’s. Both West Broad and Mech location said they had them, I selected to pick up * of my * items at the West Broad store and one item to ship to me. My order confirmation said they would be ready about * hours, Also I would get a message when order is ready. I never got messsge, but realized Cyber Monday would be crazy for y’all, so made plans to just wait until this morning, I went to store expecting to pick up. First person went to check on and sent someone else out to tell me order had not been pulled yet. And it would be * hours before it would be ready. Since the email had said * hours est. from time of order and it had now been almost ** hours and store was not busy at all (I was the only person at customer service counter and they had * people behind the counter plus * others that came out to tell me it wasn’t ready yet). The last one was a manager?? That insisted it was being shipped to store and not picked up at store, although she never saw that in my info. Plus the very *st person told me it just had not been pulled yet. I want my order pulled ASAP. If they sold the fitbits before filling my order they should have immediately contacted me and offered to pick up at Mechanicsvilles or have them shipped. I want my Fitbits before end of day or an honest answer what happen and how this will be fixed for me. Again I selected pick up at store (not ship to store) because it showed they had them.
