Purchased multiple items to qualify for home delivery per advertisement ... RE: Order *************Ordered a canvas (SKU * ********). To qualify for free shipping, I added $**.** worth of Godiva candy bars as a filler. The candy bars were added only to qualify for free home delivery.**The canvas was shipped to me. But the candy bars were sent to the local store and defeated the whole purpose of home delivery.**I DID NOT ask for store pick up. I added the $**.** worth of candy to get home delivery.**I have called and chatted with Kohls to fix this problem (i.e., to ship candy bars to my home) to no avail. I am not going to drive ** minutes to the local store for candies.**Kohls FAILED in its advertised promise of free delivery of orders above $**. They failed, they are responsible to correct.**Today I noticed that they credited my account for the candy bars but only about $*.**. That's insane.**I am asking for the return of whole order and full credit for the order. Please send a return label.**Otherwise I will dispute the whole charge with my credit card.
They sent part of the order ($** worth of candy bars) to the local store for pick up. The local store is ** minutes away and always busy.
(*) Ship the candy bars to my home, or (*) credit my credit card for exactly the same amount they charged me for the candy bars.
I trusted and followed the instructions (like many orders in the past).
I chatted with a Kohls rep online.
