I had to let your company know I was extremely disappointed with my experience while ordering online early Thursday morning for Black Friday specials. I had ordered a fitbit watch, an xbox one, and two Hoover vacuum cleaners. By the time I got to checkout (only a few minutes later) the Xbox was no longer available or the color vacuum I wanted. I switched colors and was able to checkout and pay. However, the next day I received and email saying those vacuums were no longer available and they were removed from my order. This was ridiculous! I called customer service and the gentleman barely spoke English which was another frustration. I tried to cancel my order but was unable AND, they were unable to change the shipping address so my order was going to my old address which was also frustrating. This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering on line. I had tried to order curtains the following day and again....was not able to check out!!! And again....had to call customer service and wait for ** minutes for someone to take my call. Needless to say, the representative was another person who struggled to speak English and her accent was so strong I had a hard time understanding her. Trying to get through that order took another ** mintues!**While I have always been happy with Kohls and their customer service, after this experience I may not shop at Kohls again!
