I placed an order last night at Kohl’s. Then I received an email saying to pick it up at stores that are four hours away I would not send it to that Kohl’s I would send it to my calls that’s right here so that was a mistake on your part now they say my card is charged at all these places I have $*** out and it’s not coming to my house. I called the helpline and of course I couldn’t understand him very well but she was going to charge me another $*** so I would have $*** out on my card. And at christmas time and she wanted me to call each of the Kohl’s store they were sending it to to cancel the order now why would I do that I would never send them there in the first place. So that is why I called customer service so that they would call and cancel all those orders and instead of re-ordering the items now I want my order canceled I want all my money back in and I would like a written statement on email or in the mail that says I am getting my $*** back. So I would like somebody to call me it’s Jackie Shipley at *** ****** for the order number is ***-***-**** and I won’t get my money back and I want to Cancel the order and I will not be ordering again on calls what a mass I said send it to my house and I don’t get how it sent four hours away to three different stores I want my money back I want it taken care of and I would like somebody to contact me
