I am writing because I am unhappy with the new enforcement policy about the use of Kohl's cash.*Kohl's is clearly my favorite store, I have always done all of my shopping in Kohl's (thousands per year). However, in ****, I was expatriated out of the country. I have been shopping at Kohl's whenever I am able to return to the US. But, since the new stricter policy on the dates of the Kohl's cash, I have $*** of expired Kohl's cash (* $** which was literally CONFISCATED at the Kohl's store and torn up and thrown away.) That was the last straw. Since I am no longer able to use my Kohl's cash in a timely manner, I will have to find another store as I feel angry about receiving this and not being able to use it. (Online is not an option for me, as I have nowhere to send it in the US, and packages delivered to my home outside the US are expensive, often stolen, and take forever. Sorry to say Goodbye.
