My Instagram account got hacked and was temporarily disabled for security reasons. I opted to receive a security code via phone, but I never received the text or call. As I no longer have access to the email linked to my account, I'm unable to use that option. Despite trying various solutions, I've been locked out of my account for more than two months. I urgently require Instagram to send me a security code to regain access. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Last night, everything seemed fine, but this morning, I woke up to find my Instagram account logged out and even deleted. They mentioned that I was not following their policies, but I'm unsure why this happened. You can verify this by checking my account using my user ID Gazibo047. I am extremely upset about this as it was my business profile. I sincerely hope for your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I'm seeking assistance as my Instagram account, @chalayymichele, was recently hacked and deleted with over 26k followers. The hackers demanded $[redacted] in bitcoin to restore my account, which I refused. Subsequently, they deactivated my account. I have contacted Instagram and Facebook multiple times without any response. I have various collaborations and paid sponsorships through Instagram that I'm unable to fulfill due to the deactivation.

Hello, I'm Donovan from South Africa. I came across a profile page of a lady who claims to be a Bitcoin account manager. She promised me good returns if I invested with her, so I started with a small amount of $50. She guaranteed that in one week, I would receive $[redacted]. Now, a week later, it seems like she has blocked me. I can't access her profile, and she doesn't read my messages on Instagram. Her username is: Mark_Lisa247. Can someone please investigate if I was scammed? If confirmed, please have her removed. Thank you.

I encountered an issue while using Instagram. I was unexpectedly logged out and prompted to re-enter my username and password. Upon doing so, I received a message stating that I had violated their terms and conditions. When attempting to contact them, I was asked to verify my identity, which made me uncomfortable regarding my privacy. I am worried about the possibility of facing blackmail. I need help with my Instagram account. It was previously linked to a work email that I no longer have access to as my former employer still has control over it. They have already misused this email to close my LinkedIn account. I have forgotten my password, and requesting a reset email would give them access to my Instagram. I want to change my email and password without any notifications going to my old work email. My phone number and Facebook are not linked to my Instagram.

While at work on October 4th, [redacted], during my break, I attempted to browse Instagram and encountered a message indicating that my password had been changed or optimized, leaving me uncertain. I then tried to update my password for security reasons, but I received an error stating that my old password was incorrect, which left me confused. When I decided to revert the password change, I found myself locked out of my own account. Unfortunately, my email is linked to an old school account that has been deleted since I started working, making it impossible to retrieve my password. I'm unsure how to regain access to my account now.

I was targeted by someone who bullied me before on a different site through private messages spreading false rumors about me to someone else, which constitutes bullying behavior. The recipient of the message is reluctant to report it as he doesn't want to address the situation and thinks it's not significant. However, the individual indirectly harassing me is using my friend to propagate bullying messages. I have evidence in the form of a screenshot of the message sent by this account to my friend.

I have attempted to contact you multiple times regarding an issue with my Trey Songz fan page on Instagram. My handle is takealltrigga, and I am perplexed as to why my posts are not appearing in any of his hashtags. Despite running a respectable page, I seem to have been reported without cause. Upon reviewing my page, Instagram will notice that I have refrained from using certain hashtags for several months now, yet the problem persists. I have experienced four hacking incidents on my Instagram account, leading me to be locked out. Despite attempting to reset my password five times, Instagram support keeps repeating the same instructions. I even provided an alternative email address with no response. Alarmingly, the hacker also attempted to access my email. It has been a week since I lost access, and I am incredibly frustrated. Instagram's lack of assistance is disheartening. I am desperate to regain access to deactivate the account and put an end to this hacker's intrusion.

Dear Instagram team, I have been attempting to reach out for assistance as I believe that my accounts, along with others, are being unfairly targeted on the platform. Recently, I encountered an issue where I was blocked from liking posts for allegedly violating community guidelines and using unauthorized services, which is not the case. The block is set to last until October 11th, [redacted], and I find this unacceptable. Furthermore, I am unable to interact by commenting, following, or unfollowing due to the block as well. Despite my efforts to report this problem through Instagram's Help Center, no resolution has been provided. All three of my accounts - @purpleagb.addicted, @purplesnapped, and @a.note.christine - are impacted by this issue. I urge you to rectify this situation promptly. I have recently launched my own clothing brand and have been using Instagram to promote it for a couple of months. Everything was going well until I launched my website. Initially, the website link and posts were functioning, but now Instagram has disabled my website bio link and is not allowing me to share my website in my posts. I am having issues accessing my account, smemz_1, created 2 years ago. I lost access to the email and forgot the password. The phone number linked to the account is obsolete, and the email details are also unknown. I tried to recover it without success. I created a new account, smemz1, but I am facing challenges accessing it as well. I visited the support website for assistance, but didn't make much progress. I vaguely recall Instagram requesting a photo for verification, but I never completed that process.

Around five days ago, I noticed my Instagram account was temporarily locked and I was asked to provide a verification code. However, the code was being sent to an unknown email address. I reached out to Instagram to address the issue, suspecting my account might have been compromised. Despite contacting them multiple times, they keep sending me a link to reset my password, which is not the main problem. The real issue is that I'm not receiving the verification code to my email, which is preventing me from accessing my Instagram account. This situation has been frustrating as I have been unable to log in for nearly a week.
