I am struggling to login to my Instagram account to resolve the two-factor authentication issue. Despite being temporarily locked out, I require a verification code to access my account. Unfortunately, I am not receiving the code through my phone or email as expected. I am unable to address this problem without first receiving the verification code. Please assist me in regaining access to my account as soon as possible, as I have been dealing with this inconvenience for several days now and just want to regain control of my Instagram account.

After my previous phone took a dive in water, I had to reinstall all my apps, including Instagram. Upon downloading the app, I realized I couldn't recall my updated password or the email I used. Trying to reset, I entered my phone number for an SMS verification, but I never received the message despite numerous attempts. I'm feeling lost on how to access my account again.

Hello, I am experiencing a significant issue with Instagram. I have been unable to follow others for three weeks, and my ability to like and comment has also been restricted for a shorter period. Despite reporting this problem numerous times, no solutions have been provided. I am actively engaging with the platform to grow my page, but these limitations are hindering my progress. In the past, I have encountered daily follow restrictions, which would reset the next day. However, it appears that there may now be a monthly follow limit in place. Hello, I am Mariah Hickman. I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account because the password I usually use is not working. I also tried to reset it using my Yahoo email at [redacted], but that password is not working either. I did notice that I have the option to log in with Facebook, but my accounts are not linked. Given I have lost my phone before, I suspect someone may have changed all my passwords. The phone numbers associated with the accounts are old and no longer in service. I am willing to prove my identity, as I have tried everything to regain access with no success.

I keep experiencing difficulties with my Instagram account being hacked. Despite changing my password multiple times and enabling two-factor authentication, the hacker continues to access my account. By checking the "login activity," I noticed that someone else's device is using my account, not just my iPhone. Hi there, I recently deactivated my Instagram account under the usernames Shhteeeve_ or Shhteeeve. While attempting to reactivate it, I discovered that I may have mistyped my email address. I also tried using my phone number, [redacted], but have been unsuccessful. I'm unsure if I linked the account to Facebook. If I could just find out which email the reactivation link is being sent to, it would greatly assist me. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I need assistance deleting two accounts promptly. The accounts are @life.of.lewis.n.abby and @lifeoflewisnabby, and they raise several concerns. One account is public and contains posts I wish to remove from social media. These were initially created as spam accounts with incomplete email information, and I have forgotten the login details. Hello, my name is Sneha and my Instagram username is @snehasaksena. I reported an impersonation issue on Instagram regarding the account @naamandaaz yesterday at 9:30 AM PST. Subsequently, on October 1st, [redacted], around 4:00 PM PST, my personal account, @snehasaksena, was disabled/deleted without any notification. I am continuously prompted with a "user not found" error upon attempting to log in. Meanwhile, the account that is impersonating me remains active. This situation is affecting my business account, @the.olio.stories, which heavily relies on promotions through Facebook and Instagram ads. I urgently need assistance to resolve this matter and regain access to my account. Attached are screenshots of the relevant accounts for reference in addressing this issue. I have forgotten my email, but I do remember my account name: twinkle.paris. I was instructed to change my password, which I did. However, when I attempt to use the new password, it is incorrect. Unfortunately, I can't reset it as I don't recall the email associated with the account. I have evidence to prove ownership, with over [redacted] followers. When I tried to log into my account, it showed no user found. Since then, I've been attempting to reach out to Instagram for assistance. My last access was on 8th May [redacted]. I have received several emails indicating that my account was accessed from different locations. It appears my account was hacked and deleted, as I now see a profile with my username being used by an unknown individual. I am desperate to retrieve my account as it holds many cherished memories. The mobile number I used to sign up is [redacted], and I use an Android device. My previous usernames were i_amsethu, mr_sethu96, and mr_premam. I created the account designs_by_mayuri to showcase my work. After using it for a while, I switched phones and when I tried to log in, it said my password was incorrect. When I attempted to reset the password, it showed a different email that isn't mine. I also tried to log in through Facebook without success. On October 3rd at 2 AM, messages were sent to my boyfriend from my account that I did not send. Despite changing my password and using two-factor authentication, someone logged into my account and requested inappropriate pictures from me. My boyfriend immediately noticed the unusual activity and ended the conversation. The hacker also deleted all my personal messages with contacts. I am seeking assistance to restore these conversations, obtain a hard copy of the interaction with my boyfriend, and identify the specific location where my account was accessed.

I'm having trouble accessing my Instagram account as I no longer have access to the email and phone number linked to it for receiving verification codes. Although Instagram has verified my identity by having sent a photo of myself, I still can't regain access without the verification code. Despite confirming that I am the account owner, Instagram insists on sending the code to the outdated contact information. A couple of days ago, while I was liking my friends' photos, a pop-up appeared stating that my action was blocked until October 3, [redacted]. Today, I checked in the morning and found that I could like photos again. However, when I logged in again this evening, I noticed that the block was still there, indicating it will only be lifted in two days. I'm confused why this keeps happening. Can someone please explain?
