****o, I have an old email ***ociated with my Instagram account (*****@***.com) that I do have access to, but it is not receiving any emails from Instagram. I got a new phone and when I tried to log in, Instagram noted this as a su****ious log in attempt, and when they sent me a six digit code to get back in I did not receive any code. I have sent multiple emails and help requests* one of which I sent with a photo of myself holding a piece of paper with a six digit code, my username, and my name on it (instructions from instagram). I have not received any help and it has been * weeks. I called apple to see if it was a problem with my email and they ***ured me it was not. My primary email I use now is *****@***.com, but all of my emails from *****@***.com forward to my new email so I don't know why this is an issue. Please let me know if you can help me get into my account. I will be traveling abroad in a couple of days and really want to be able to blog about my trip. Thank you.
I trust that Instagram will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
