I have booked a round trip for **.**.** and **.**.** - Cochin-Dehradun- Cochin under PNR MKVEUT and WWN**H both flights were not operational and thus I have made request for refund now I have received refund of oneway and i.e. of WWN**H and not yet received for PNR MKVEUT on checking with booking agent ( Makemytrip) they have raised claim for full refund and balance would be cleared after ** days as it is in the credit. *The travel planned for a function and we are not regular fliers besides we are under severe trouble thus request to do the needfull immediately and ask travel agent to release refund*Regards *Geethadevi **********
