Canceling Your Indigo Ticket
In order to cancel your Indigo flight ticket, follow these steps:
- Open Indigo's website in your computer browser.
- In the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, click on "Cancellation."
- Enter your PRN/Booking Reference number.
- Add your email address or last name.
- Click on "Get Itinerary."
- Select "Cancel Booking."
- Click "Proceed" to cancel the ticket.
- Select the option you wish to choose. Options include:
- "Avail refund with cancellation fee. (Credit my card/bank account)"
- "Avail free cancellation (Credit my booking wallet for future reservations), applicable on bookings for travel up to May 24, 2020."
- Review the updated itinerary.
- Hit "Cancel Booking," and click "Finish" to complete the cancellation process.
Important Points to Note Regarding Cancellations
There are some things you need to know before you cancel your Indigo ticket. These include:
- You can cancel domestic flights and get a refund up to two hours before departure.
- International flights can be canceled and refunded up to four hours prior to departure.
