Placed an order on ** Oct for a click collect window between *-*pm PDT at the Ikea East Palo Alto store. The order was not ready during that time frame and I never received an order pick up email asking me to pick up the items. The next day I receive an auto email stating that my order was picked on up * Oct at *.** am PDT which is ridiculous as the store does not even open until **.** am. There is clearly a system glitch and the Ikea phone no IVR flow does not let you stay in queue for an agent. Need a refund for my order asap.
