i have lost my bill and the invoice number for one of my purchases on **th June. I wanted it i*to be sent to my email, for which i have called your customer support since three days. every time i am told that i would be receiving it by end of the day and still did not receive it. today also, i have called at **:** am and was told that i lwill receive in an hour by an agent name Harika. it is now **:** pm and still did not receive. i would like to escalate the same and also want the invoice bill to be sent out in ** minutes from now.
GetHuman-bsvchan did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
