My disabled father (neck injury partial paralysis) has not had his mattress for very long but it has lost strength and is crumpled on one side. causing him extra difficulty in getting out of bed*He is not very confident with things like this as mu mum would have dealt with it previously but she passed and he needs help to get this issue resolved.*He has asked me to help but I can't see how from the website.*Please advise *Helen
