The issue in GetHuman-denverju's own words
My delivery for order number ********* was supposed to be tomorrow, ****. I received an email today saying it will now be delivered July *th. I will not be home during that time so I cannot receive the order. I want to cancel. **I've called the ***.***.**** number for assistance and I get disconnected before I talk to anyone due to call volume. I tried to manage this online with the tracker and it says I cannot cancel due to delivery in progress so I need to call ***.***.****. **I understand things are crazy with COVID, however I don't believe it's good customer service to tell someone to be available all day for a delivery and then notify them that it won't show up for another * weeks the day before the delivery is supposed to take place.

GetHuman-denverju did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
