On April 14th, I placed an order with IKEA that was charged to me with an estimated delivery date of May 13th. However, as of May 21st, I have not yet received the order or any updates on its status. Despite multiple attempts to contact IKEA's customer service, I have been unable to reach a representative due to high call volumes leading to disconnections. Emailing has also not been an option as only order cancellations are currently being accepted. My main priority is to receive the order I purchased, but in the interim, I am seeking better communication from IKEA regarding the status of my delivery. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been waiting for three months now for a refund for a product that didn’t even make it off the truck upon delivery. I was informed that this process would take at most 5-7 business days. I sent a complaint via email nearly two months ago and was advised that it was being processed. However, it has now been three months. Hello, my name is Monique. I'm reaching out because I attempted to contact customer service regarding my recent order, but due to Covid-19, I haven't been able to speak with anyone. Upon inspecting my delivery from this Tuesday, I discovered that a screw was missing from the dresser assembly. The manual indicated there should be 12 screws, not 11 as I initially thought. I waited patiently for a month for my order, and it's disheartening to find a missing piece. I am unable to easily visit the nearby Ikea store in San Diego for curbside pickup since I can't reach anyone for assistance. All I require is the missing piece promptly to complete the assembly.

Hello, I received a delivery last Friday regarding the below email. Unfortunately, I am missing 8 main panels for the front of the sliding doors. I have attempted to contact customer services without success. The website's automated system and online form are not helpful as they require specific part numbers, which the missing panels do not have. I received an email confirming my order and my credit card was charged on April 21, [redacted]. Since then, I have not received any updates, and the item has not been shipped. Despite attempting to cancel the order through Ikea's website on May 15, I have not been able to reach customer service except through email. The email response only suggested checking the order status online or by phone. However, calling Ikea results in an unhelpful automated message before disconnecting, and the website only offers a cancellation form without any other contact options. I simply want a refund for my canceled order from Ikea (#[redacted]63) and I am disappointed by the lack of customer service provided, as this seems to be a common experience among many customers.

Hello, I would like to cancel my entire order. I received an email informing me that two crucial items I intended to purchase are unavailable, and there was a mix-up in the colors of the boxes due to insufficient stock. Additionally, I have not yet received a refund for the second large shelf. I've been trying to buy the IKEA ÄPPLARÖ Table with 6 armchairs + bench in outdoor brown stained, Frösön/Duvholmen beige #[redacted].[redacted].11 for $[redacted].92 on sale (regular price: $[redacted].92). I've faced technical difficulties every time I tried to purchase during the sale. I’m frustrated as I have typed this request multiple times. A few weeks ago, I placed an order #[redacted] with a total of $[redacted].36, including delivery. I bought an Ikea microwave combination oven with product number [redacted].[redacted].49. While using the microwave, a white light started flashing, and then the glass blew out of the oven door. The item was recently serviced by an engineer from Electrolux. However, the oven now has two issues: the microwave is arcing again, and the oven shuts off after starting to heat up. When I switch on the oven at the mains, it trips the circuit. Both ovens, including the steam oven below, are currently unusable. Electrolux is sending an engineer to inspect the product, but they mentioned they can only repair it, not replace it. I am dissatisfied with the product and would like a replacement.

I ordered 2 Kullaberg swivel chairs on 5/26/20 set for delivery on 5/29/20. The $20 delivery fee was included in the total I paid. However, as of June 3, [redacted], I have not received any status updates from Ikea regarding my order. Today is 5th June, and I am disappointed with the lack of response from the "Customer Services." It has been challenging to elicit a reply despite following the specified contact procedures. It is perplexing why IKEA does not provide an email address for customer inquiries. This practice reflects poorly on their customer service. I seek direct contact from IKEA without being redirected between different departments of customer service.

I recently placed an order for a Hemnes bed frame at Ikea. Around 6 weeks ago, I made the purchase, but I never received any shipping notifications. Despite an email confirming an estimated delivery date of 5/11, the item did not arrive, and there were no further updates. Surprisingly, 3 days ago, I visited the website to find that my order had been cancelled without any input from me. I never received a cancellation notice via email or phone call. I ordered a sofa from your company, but due to the COVID-19 situation, it couldn't be brought into my home. I've been trying to reach out to you for weeks to resolve this matter. I am requesting compensation or a goodwill gesture for the inconveniences caused. I expected to receive my new sofa, but I had my old one removed, leaving me without a sofa and uncertain about when I'll receive a new one. Despite being willing to wait in a separate room during delivery, I, a pregnant individual with a disability, couldn't accept having the sofa left on the doorstep. Hello, I recently purchased the Kullen chest of 5 drawers in Bristol. Unfortunately, during assembly, I discovered that two of the secure bottom clips were missing, making the bottom drawer insecure and weak. I am unable to use this drawer for fear of collapse.
