We paid to have our PAX wardrobe delivered and assembled in our home. The delivery team delivered the wardrobe, but they only assembled the shell, then told us that they would not be able to stand the cabinet up in the room. They left the cabinet in the middle of the room and left. My husband and I were able to stand up the cabinet and proceeded to spend almost * hours assembling the wardrobe. We expect a refund for the assembly charges. We have called multiple times and cannot get through. It keeps saying IKEA is experiencing high call volumes and our call cannot proceed.
