I placed an order and realized that I ordered the wrong color. I tried calling all day and nothing. I canceled the order online and reordered the correct color. Now I have two charges on my account and apparently still need to cancel one. In the email I received confirming my ourchaes, It said an IKEA representative would get back to me within ** hours, so i waited all day yesterday figuring I would fix it than... but no one called.
GetHuman971664 did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
