If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. You can always bring the item into the store too.

The last customer service representative I spoke with said I would receive my refund * months ago. I am very frustrated as it seems almost impossible to call customer service - always a busy signal. Not even a way to leave a message. I cancelled an order of $*** months ago. Customer service said I would receive a refund card in the mail. That was over * months ago. *I have read many complaints online from angry customers who never received their refunds or had to talk to their credit card companies and lawyers to dispute the charge.
